非常滿意設施:網上照片和實地一模一樣，酒店很新，大堂布置溫馨，刷卡安防管是大堂還是房間都保真位置: 離夜市也蠻近可以走。最最重要的是酒店地勢較高，即使是合艾遭遇洪水也能保持有水有電! 服務：前台人員態度真的很好，有積極幫助大家! 下次還來!

Location is quite good at town area. Soundproofing is not so good. The toilet walls are transparent not so conveneint. The room is suitable for family with kids but there is no place to put luggage. Only on the floor. Cleanliness is so so. Morning have light breakfast. Good thing is there water dispenser at the lobby.

酒店連著Diana商場，沒什麼東西；卻也靠近central hatyai ，greenway, lee garden,早市。很方便，開車10分鐘內就能到達。旁邊就是肯德基麥當勞餐廳，半夜肚子餓可以完美解決。方便，衞生。停車場也足夠停車，

I always choose Hatyai Midtown Hotel whenever I visit Hatyai because it’s simply one of the best. For this 訂房網站, we booked the Family Dining room, which was very spacious and super comfortable. The hotel also provides a light breakfast that’s filling enough to start the day, plus a wide parking space which makes it very convenient. Overall, a great stay every time!

Midtown Hatyai - Family Room Stay We stayed in the family room and were really impressed with the big, clean, and comfortable space. The beds were cozy, and overall it felt fresh and new. The only downside was the bathroom, which had a slight smell—but it didn’t affect our overall comfort. The highlight of our stay was definitely the Thai traditional light snacks and coffee available all day at the lobby. My elderly family members truly enjoyed this thoughtful touch! Staff were very friendly and welcoming—they even surprised me with a small pack of biscuits as a gift during check-in, which was so sweet. Great location with plenty of parking. Highly recommend for families looking for a convenient and pleasant stay in Hatyai.

Overall is good for self driving tourist, space parking. 8-10mins driving distance to Lee Garden Area, Central Festival Mall. Walking distance to Krua Pa Yad (Famous tourist dining), Diane Complex and 24 hours McDonald next to hotel. To be improve : House keeping service. You will find some small bug over the beds and frame. In room coffee/teabag and titbits never refill. Worst things : Sound insulation is really bad. Can hear everything through the walls. Can clearly heard the noise from next 2 rooms.

Very comfortable to stay here, this is my 2nd stay, feel home to stay in this hotel, no toothbrush provide. Booked one king bed with one sofa bed, it’s very spacious. The hotel is very generous to provide a free lite breakfast, although it’s lite, but it got variety of choices and there is a coffee machines too!

i love this hotel very much , room big ,clean ,confortable , good service and lobby provide micowave and Coway water its very convenient . Some more they also provide extra light breakfat every morning from 7-11am its also make us felt so touch. Too satisfied so no take many photo of that . Just one thing, the soundproofing not so good if ppl talk loud or laugh can hear it haha but for us not a big deal.
